Turn scattered data into clarity.
Clear reports and plain advice, weekly.
Send us your receipts, spreadsheets and chats. Corollary does the rest.
A looping tour of the Corollary app. A morning briefing shows what needs attention. You ask a plain-English question and get an answer with a chart, review the weekly sales report, spot a duplicate supplier invoice, connect messy data from WhatsApp chats and receipts, set the weekly report to arrive on WhatsApp and email, and compare your shop with similar shops. All figures are sample data.
How it works
Send what you have. Get a clear report on Monday.
Send what you have
Photos of receipts, an Excel or POS export, a WhatsApp chat or a Shopify file. Messy is fine.
We clean it and check it
Corollary reads it, fills the gaps and flags anything odd, like a duplicate supplier invoice.

Collective intelligence
Data makes your business valuable.
And it improves itself.
Every sale, refund and payroll run is a signal. Corollary turns those scattered signals into a business that notices its own problems, tests its own fixes and gets a little better every week.
Now add everyone else. Pooled anonymously across shops in Hong Kong, Taiwan and Singapore, and growing region by region, your data joins a collective intelligence: learn what worked for shops like yours, and avoid the costly mistakes others already made.
- Learn what worked
- Skip what failed
- Improve every week
Benchmark and forecast
Learn from every shop.
Plan for what comes next.
See how businesses like yours grew, stalled or stumbled, and which decisions made the difference. Then see where your own shop is heading, with three scenarios and a confidence level on every one.

Privacy
Your data stays yours. Here is exactly how we treat it.
Your shop is never named
Benchmarks use grouped, anonymous numbers. No other shop can see your name, products or sales.
Sharing is your choice
Pooling into the shared benchmarks is optional, and you can switch it off at any time.
People data stays private
Staff, payroll and customer details are never pooled or shown to anyone outside your shop.
Leave whenever you like
Stop the pilot at any time and ask us to delete your data. No lock-in.
Built around local rules
We design around the privacy laws where you trade: PDPO in Hong Kong, PDPA in Taiwan and Singapore.
FAQ
Questions shop owners ask
What do I need to send?
Whatever you already have: receipt photos, an Excel or Google Sheets file, a POS or Shopify export, or a WhatsApp order chat. Messy is fine, we clean it.
What does it cost after the pilot?
The pilot is free. Before it ends we will tell you the price, and you decide then. Nothing is charged automatically.
Which tools and files work?
Shopify, most POS exports, Excel and Google Sheets, PDFs, receipt photos and chat exports. If yours is not on the list, send it anyway and ask.
Who can see my data?
Only you and the people you choose. Other shops only ever see anonymous, grouped benchmark numbers, and only if you opt in.
How accurate are the forecasts?
They are estimates, not promises. Every forecast shows how sure we are, and which data it rests on.
Is it also for NGOs and charity shops?
Yes. The same reports work for charity shops and NGOs, and we can adapt them for things like donations or volunteer rosters.
Which languages are the reports in?
English and Traditional Chinese.
